The ACTIVE© Leadership Programme is designed to develop strong, future-ready middle managers through a structured, practical learning experience. It can be delivered as a learnership, qualification, or skills programme for groups of managers or managers-in-training within your organisation or you can register as an individual for our next intake.
This programme carries 162 credits and leads to a Higher Certificate in General Management (NQF Level 5). It is an ideal pathway to strengthen leadership capability while aligning to organisational goals and compliance requirements.
A minimum of 8 people is required to run one cohort.
