This 5-day course is tailored for aspiring or current leaders who want to enhance their management skills and develop high-performing teams. It’s designed for individuals looking to leverage a strengths-based approach to leadership, improve team performance, and master key aspects of effective leadership, including building trust, managing performance, and adapting to various leadership situations. Training is delivered in real-time online via Ms Teams (or contact us for add-on rates to train on location or customised options, email: LEAD@peasinapod.co.za).
A minimum of 8 people is required to run one cohort of this Strengths training.
